About the Role

Marriage Link Consult is looking for a dedicated and creative individual with a passion for online TV production to join our team and help launch our new TV station.

Requirements & Skills

The ideal candidate for the Online TV Production Manager position should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Film Production, Media Studies, Broadcasting, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
Advanced Degree (Optional): While not mandatory, a master’s degree in a related field can be an added advantage.
Experience: Proven experience as a TV Production Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of video production processes and techniques.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in video editing software and production tools.
Additional Requirements:

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for storytelling and creating high-quality content.
