Marriage Link Consult is looking for a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a dexterity for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a passion for engaging with audiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy: • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
2. Content Creation: • Create, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Youtube.
• Develop engaging multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and blog posts.
3. Community Management: • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Foster a positive and engaged online community.
4. Collaboration: • Work closely with the media and marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with influencers and other stakeholders to enhance our social media presence.
5. Monitoring and Analysis: • Monitor social media trends and tools to stay updated with the latest in social media.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Skills: • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
